Is love but a secondhand emotion within relationships?
The term, what’s love got to do with it was made popular by Tina Turner in the 80’s. Although, this was just a song, is there any truth to the idea. Unfortunately, people have done very cruel things within what was supposed to be a love relationship, and people have subjected themselves to cruelty in the name of love.
How can love be such a great experience for some, and for others a nightmare?
In this podcast episode we explore the idea of love being just a second hand emotion, and ask the question, what’s love got to do with it? We discuss how a person’s experience can warp their perception. We also clarify what love is and what it isn’t. Please share this with a friend. Anyone and everyone in a relationship needs to hear this.

Key Scriptures:
- 1Cor. 13:4 Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. 7 It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never ends.
- Prov. 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
