In a time where social media has become the go-to platform to express an instant thought, phrases like “Waiting on My Boaz” or “Can’t Wait Until I Find My Husband” often pop up on my timeline feed. When you constantly advertise this desire, sometimes what happens is you’ll begin to focus more on trying to receive that “Wife” title from ANYONE instead receiving it from SOMEONE who will truly give that title meaning.

Stop working so hard on trying to find the “Right One” and work on becoming that “Right One” to find.

Stop “Waiting on Your Boaz” and make Jesus your Boaz first. The moment you do this you realize that God has a perfect purpose and time for everything. Stop advertising your rush to be married and instead be patient, leaning on God so that when the BIG question eventually gets popped… everything can line up correctly according to The Will of God. The Lord didn’t place you here to go out and find a Man. The word says in Proverbs 18:22 that He that finds a Wife finds a good THING! not she that flags down a man to become his wife. Everyone is in this race to beat their “biological” clock but tell me, what good is a clock in contrast to the Author of Time?

God will place the right Man who is searching for a Woman like you directly in your path when the time is right.

In the mean time, stop sabotaging yourself with the “Idea of a Marriage” (Settling for Anyone who pops the question) and start setting yourself up for the Godly Man that has more than an “Idea” of who he wants to Marry. (That Someone)
