Is it a deal breaker if someone is late on a first date?

I think we’ve all had moments where we were late to an appointment. Yet, what does it say about a person when they are late? Some people miss judged the time or got caught in traffic. Others they just have a serious problem with being habitually late. Whether we like it or not you get a glimpse into who a person is based on their tartiness. Therefore when you first meet someone you have to determine how to move forward if someone is late on a first date or even the first couple of dates.
